Please be at Boarding Gate at least 10 minutes (for Turboprop Aircraft) and 20 minutes (for Jet Aircraft) BEFORE scheduled time departure (STD) with boarding pass and photo ID for document check. Boarding gate closes 10 minutes (for Turboprop Aircraft) and 20 minutes (for Jet Aircraft) before STD.

Passengers on DOMESTIC flights with checked baggage

Please be at Baggage Drop Counter or Check-in Counter at least 30 minutes (for Turboprop Aircraft) and 45 minutes (for Jet Aircraft) BEFORE scheduled time departure (STD) with boarding pass and photo ID to drop off baggage and document check.

All passengers on INTERNATIONAL flights

Please be at Baggage Drop Counter or Check-in Counter at least 45 minutes BEFORE scheduled time departure (STD) with boarding pass and passport for document check and to drop off baggage (if any). Counters close 45 minutes before STD.
